Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive installations and repairs on diverse steam, hot water, gas, and oil boiler systems.
- Drive system longevity by performing meticulous preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections.
- Analyze and resolve complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions to restore system functionality rapidly.
- Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to ensure precise system integration and configuration.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance by adhering to all local building codes.
- Deliver exceptional service by providing clear, professional communication regarding repair status and system recommendations.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of service history to ensure accurate record-keeping and future maintenance planning.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in boiler maintenance or a related HVAC technical field.
- Deep technical proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical boiler components.
- Demonstrated ability to read and apply technical manuals and system schematics.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong commitment to professional standards, reliability, and workplace safety.
- Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
- Proven track record of managing residential or commercial heating service calls.
