• Harley Davidson, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Yamaha technical experience.
• Triumph, Ducati and BMW technical knowledge/experience a plus.
• Great leadership skills and enthusiastic to train and teach workshops.
• Communication skills are crucial to the success of our garage, yours should be top notch.

• Fabrication design skills desired, but not required.
• Ability to teach maintenance workshop classes during winter months is a must.

• Class M drivers license.
• 5 years minimum working as a motorcycle technician.
• 5 years minimum employed by an accredited shop or dealership.

Diagnostics, troubleshooting, engine builds, test rides, tune-ups, electrical installs, performance tuning, and telling your co-workers when they have something in their teeth. Fabrication skills is a plus.
