• Work as part of a team on water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects
• Set up and operate restoration equipment
• Perform mitigation, demolition, cleaning, and restoration services
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and teammates
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Take care of company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Step in and help wherever the team needs you

• You show up dependable, prepared, and ready to work
• You take ownership of your responsibilities
• You help your teammates without being asked
• You communicate and solve problems instead of pointing fingers
• You take pride in doing things right
• You treat customers, their property, and your teammates with respect

We're looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and is building something great together.

Previous restoration or construction experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach the skills to the right person.

Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
