- Must work OT when needed
- Must have 5 years as Journeyman, a 40 Hours OSHA card & must have DOB (Journeyman Registration Card with Gas Operator) or must have the Gas Operator with Plumbing Foundation.
- Must have knowledge with Sprinkler/Standpipe system (certification of fitness) S-12 & S-13 with the NYFDM
- Must have a clean drivers license.
- Must have hand tools.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must live in the 5 boroughs or Nassau County
