Rooftop units and commercial split systems

Walk-in and process refrigeration

Boilers and centrifugal/screw chillers

Make-up air units and exhaust systems

Electrical, airflow, mechanical, and control logic issues

Preventive maintenance and fine-tuning for peak performance

Must-Haves Proven commercial HVAC/R service experience

True troubleshooting capability—root cause before replacement

Working knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical theory, mechanical systems, and controls

Pride in neat, professional workmanship and documentation

Clear, respectful communication with customers and teammates

Ownership from first call to final resolution

Licenses & Credentials EPA certification required;
Universal EPA preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable recordNYC OSHA/SST preferred

Pay & Perks $35–$65/hour based on experience

Overtime available

Eligible for performance bonuses
