KoBold Metals is seeking a Field Operations Lead to plan and execute field activities for 1-3 projects per year in North America. You will report to the Field Operations Manager and collaborate with the COO and program leaders to steer field programs while keeping people, contractors, and communities safe.
This role requires extensive field work in remote locations, hands-on supervision of contractors, and a focus on process improvements to enable machine-learning driven exploration.
