Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic with specialized knowledge in reefer units, diesel engines, and DEF systems
. The ideal candidate will hold certifications in all three areas to be considered for this position. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our fleet.

As a Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic
, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical issues on diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. You'll use your expertise to develop repair plans, conduct inspections, and perform hands-on repairs, including engine work, brake service, transmission replacement, and more. You'll also handle preventive maintenance tasks and emergency field service calls when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical and technical issues using diagnostic tools and visual inspections

Perform repairs on diesel engines, reefer units, DEF systems, brakes, transmissions, and exhaust systems

Complete routine maintenance including oil changes, brake checks, alignments, and wheel balancing

Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure optimal performance

Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory

Respond to emergency roadside service calls as needed

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a heavy-duty diesel technician

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
