We're Growing - Join Our Team!
Due to new business and continued growth, Garelick Farms Dairy is expanding and hiring additional Diesel Mechanics/Reefer Tech. This is a great opportunity to join a stable company with strong demand and a team that plays a vital role in delivering essential products to the community every day.
What We Offer:- Competitive pay: $33 - $40/hour
- 5-day work week + overtime opportunities

- Perform preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units
- Repair brakes, steering, suspension, driveline, electrical, and air systems
- Use diagnostic software and equipment to troubleshoot issues
- Complete work orders accurately and timely
- Work safely in accordance with DOT, company, and safety regulations
- Assist and mentor less experienced technicians when needed
- Support facility maintenance projects as required

Qualifications:- 1+ year of diesel mechanic, fleet maintenance, or related experience
- Experience with heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Refrigeration/Reefer experience is preferred (not required)
- Class A or B CDL is a plus (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and walk throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and shop environments
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, etc)
