Field Associate

$20.00 per hour

On the road

Field Support and Assistance:
Collaborate with Field Supervisors to perform various tasks, including taking measurements, opening and closing radiators, and upgrading firmware.

Assist in conducting site surveys and equipment upgrades as directed by the supervisor.

Customer Service:
Utilize your customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction during on-site visits and interactions.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
Maintain, service, troubleshoot, repair, and install company field equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Technical

Skills:

Demonstrate proficiency in the proper use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and facilities maintenance equipment.

Possess the ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Associate Degree Required
• Ability to travel 100% of the time within the NYC metro area
• Previous experience (4+ years) in customer service is required.
• Proven ability to work in physically demanding roles.
• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective teamwork and customer interactions.
