The Durst Organization is seeking a hands-on Handyperson for Helena 57 West, a residential property in Manhattan. This role supports maintenance, safety, and resident services while responding to on-site needs on a 10:00 AM–6:30 PM schedule (Thu–Mon) with Tue/Wed days off.
The candidate will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and routine inspections, while supporting the Emergency Response Team and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
