We are seeking a Bilingual Preschool Front Desk (English & Spanish) to join our team at Tiny Tunes Daycare in Bronx, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our families and play a key role in providing a warm and welcoming environment for our young students.

• Greet and assist families and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth operations of the daycare
• Provide support with enrollment and registration processes

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for working with young children and their families
