• Provide Leadership & Guidance:
  Supervise and mentor Case Planners, fostering professional growth and encouraging collaborative decision-making.
• Promote Best Practices:
  Assume a teaching role by sharing knowledge of agency structure, purpose, and sound social work methods, while introducing innovative approaches.
• Ensure Permanency Goals:
  Monitor and track progress toward permanency for every child, ensuring timely achievement of goals.
• Participate in Key Meetings:
  Engage in Service Plan Reviews, Treatment Team Meetings, and Family Team Conferences to advocate for the best outcomes.
• Empower Families & Staff:
  Listen actively, apply experience to new situations, and inspire accountability and awareness among your team.

• Master's Degree in Human Services and experience in child welfare system.
• Supervisory and managerial experience.
