The Lymphoma Research Foundation (the Foundation) seeks a Senior Manager to join the Patient Education and Support Services Department. Reporting to the Director of Support Services and Patient Education, the Senior Manager will execute key functions across the Lymphoma Research Center and implement mission-driven support services.

Through comprehensive disease guides and publications, in-person conferences, and online resources, the Foundation provides education for people with lymphoma, as well as their loved ones and care partners.
A robust suite of patient services provides direct support to people who have received a lymphoma diagnosis. An industry leader in digital communications, the Foundation maintains a strong presence on multiple social media platforms and has won national awards for its innovative use of social media to educate cancer patients. The Foundation also provides a wide range of continuing medical education programs designed to increase the knowledge, skills and performance of healthcare professionals who treat and care for people with lymphoma.

About the Opportunity
The Senior Manager has a critical leadership role within the Lymphoma Resource Center and is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Foundation’s Lymphoma Resource Center, expanding access to patient services and providing support to the Patient Education team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and must have one of the following credentials; LCSW, LPC or LMHC.
The position is based in the Foundation’s New York City office; please note that the organization currently utilizes a flex schedule, and all New York-based staff are required to work in the Foundation office weekly Tuesday-Thursday; staff may elect to work remotely Mondays and Fridays. This role is an exempt, full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually.

Primary Responsibilities
Lymphoma Resource Center
Provide accurate, up-to-date information about lymphoma, treatments, and subtypes to patients, care partners, and the public in both English and Spanish.
Offer empathetic psychosocial support and navigation to patients and caregivers, drawing upon clinical training, industry best practices and expertise.
Connect patients, care partners, and health care professionals with appropriate/approved resources and support services.
Input Lymphoma Resource Center data, including calls, emails, and Patient Aid Grant applications, into the database promptly and accurately, while maintaining privacy of all patient information.
Conduct Clinical Trials Information Service/ treatment navigation inquiries and Lymphoma Support Network matches.
Lead in house publication fulfillment services related to the Lymphoma Resource Center and the Treatment Navigation Service
Partner with Communications and Marketing Department to expand outreach to underserved and Spanish-speaking communities.
Collaborate with advocacy and community organizations to identify additional support and resources for lymphoma/CLL patients.
Maintain updated resources and referral lists.
