Location: New York
Bond Health in Brooklyn is looking for a full-time Client Care Coordinator to support families in a transitional housing program. In this role, you will manage client relationships, conduct assessments, and provide resources to help clients achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), sensitivity towards homeless populations, and must maintain necessary certifications throughout their employment.
The salary ranges from $67,000 to $72,000 annually plus benefits.
