Details about this opportunity:
Location: School Districts throughout Eastern Suffolk, NY
Status: Fee for Service, and/or Full Time potential
Hours: Monday‑Friday, following school calendar (flexible scheduling with FFS)
Compensation: $60–$100/hour (range determined by services, experience, license/certifications; position may be full‑time or fee‑for‑service)

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
- Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain schedules with assigned families/school personnel.
- Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

Background:
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
- Bilingual is a plus
