Compensation

Pay or shift range: $59,000 to $61,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

Job Title: Case Manager

General Responsibilities:

CGS is looking for a passionate and empathetic Case Manager for our unaccompanied minors program. As a case manager, you will be responsible for maintaining direct contact with each child/youth assigned, and maintaining contact with the child's youth family to the extent possible—conducting case management tasks. Provide services focused on completing safe and efficient family reunification.

Required Skills:

  • BSW or another Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or another relevant social services or behavioral field.
  • Minimum 2 years of employment experience in appropriate areas.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills.
