Location: New York
The Fortune Society Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to support formerly incarcerated individuals in finding transitional and permanent housing. You will conduct needs assessments and create treatment plans to facilitate their reentry into society.
This role requires at least two years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills. The position offers a full-time schedule with a salary range of $27.48 to $30.22 per hour.
