Location: New York
CAMBA is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Citywide Scattered Site Housing Program in New York, NY. You will provide comprehensive case management services to chronically homeless individuals with serious mental illness to help them maintain stable housing. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, connecting clients to services, monitoring progress, and completing all necessary documentation. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social services is required, as well as computer proficiency and bilingual skills.
Compensation is $51,500 annually with comprehensive benefits.
