Join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in acquiring, retaining, and improving self‑help, socialization, and adaptive skills.
• Support individuals in the development and attainment of life goals and promote independence, productivity, and community integration.
• Provide individualized care as outlined in each person’s Life Plan/IOP.
• Assist with primary activities of daily living (toileting, feeding, cooking, cleaning) as per each person’s Life Plan/IOP.
• Maintain files and produce service notes and documentation on assigned caseload.
• Document and submit reports to the program as outlined in the assigned department.

Education and/or experience:
High School diploma or GED. Valid NYS driver’s license with a driving record that meets the requirements of our Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier.
