Location: New York
Women In Need, Inc. (Win) seeks a Case Manager in New York to provide case management services for clients in transitional housing. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing Independent Living Plans, and ensuring compliance with organizational and funding agency requirements.
Ideal candidates will have a commitment to Win’s mission and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in addressing domestic violence and homelessness. The position is full-time and non-exempt.
