Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with every new Client to introduce program structure, guidelines, and expectations
  • Orient Client to new surroundings, provide initial bedding and toiletries
  • Complete detailed interview and paper intake with the Client
  • Enter all intake information into two databases (CARES & TDF Database)
  • Construct an initial Independent Living Plan (ILP) with every new Client
  • Assist with House Management duties whenever possible, including digital bed management, urine collection for toxicology, building rounds, etc.
The Ideal Candidate
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience with criminal justice or homeless population, or ability and desire to learn and adjust quickly to the population
  • Excellent Client contact skills, including a dedication to treating all Clients with dignity and respect
  • Computer Proficiency (must master two databases, and position relies heavily on email contact)
  • Must be an independent worker, and able to navigate varying situations without onsite Supervisory support
