Clinical Coordinator- Adult Mental Health Housing

Position Overview

Seeking a high‑energy and responsible individual to supervise Adult Mental Health Housing for people recovering from mental illness.

• Provide leadership, oversight, and support to case‑management staff and clients to further support wellness, recovery, and independent living skills.
• Staff training and development.
• Apartment selection, setup, and oversight.
• Establish and maintain landlord‑tenant relationships.
• Ensure client empowerment and choice.
• Conduct regular apartment visits, inspections, and ensure adherence to program regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with government agencies, vendors, and internal and external partners.
• 24/7 on‑call responsibility and some evening hours.

• Bachelors in the Human Services field (Masters preferred).
• Relevant clinical and housing experience with the psychiatric population required.

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000. Full‑time position based in Brooklyn with a competitive benefits package including a 403(b) retirement plan with employee contribution, paid time off, health insurance, and free access to an onsite gym.
