NYCP is a poverty‑fighting organization that reduces hunger and promotes dignity, health, and self‑sufficiency by using a holistic approach. Specific duties include monitoring referral systems, providing coordinated receipt of referrals, assessing needs, connecting to NYCP services, following up internally and externally, maintaining reporting tools, and conducting benefits screenings and direct assistance with public benefits applications (e.g., SNAP, TANF, Safety Net, Rental arrears).
