Job Title: Intake/Outreach Coordinator
Program: Preventive- FFT
Salary: $55,000- $57,800 (Based on educational achievements and work experience)
General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a compassionate Intake/Outreach Coordinator for its FFT-TCM Program, contracted by the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). The program provides evidence-based therapeutic case management to families involved with or at risk of involvement in the child welfare system, using a strength-based and culturally responsive approach.
The Intake/Outreach Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for families, manages intake and onboarding, ensures accurate documentation, and leads outreach efforts to strengthen community partnerships and increase referrals.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Community outreach experience.
Desired
Skills:
- Understanding of NYC child welfare system preferred.
- Spanish‑speaking ability a plus.
- Motivational interviewing experience preferred.
