Location: New York
Good Shepherd Services is seeking a Case Manager for the Time Limited Rental Assistance Program (TLRA) in New York City. The Case Manager will provide comprehensive counseling, case management, and advocacy for young adults aged 18-24 experiencing homelessness. The role involves direct service, crisis intervention, and collaboration with community organizations to assist participants in transitioning to permanent housing. Candidates should have experience in youth services, individual counseling, and strong advocacy skills.
This position offers a hybrid work model with a salary range of $50,000 – $55,000 annually.
