Job Title: Coach

Salary: 53, (based on your education and work experience)

General Responsibilities

CGS is looking for a Passionate & Experienced Coach. Coaches will be responsible for motivating young adults in foster care, ages 14 – 21, by utilizing conversational and motivational interviewing techniques to explore potential educational and career paths as well as current viable soft skill learning opportunities.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, or related human services field.
  • At least three years of experience working with at‑risk or system‑involved young people. Strong time‑management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to ensure service delivery to the youth.
Desired Skills

Computer literate, knowledgeable about youth resources and service.
