• Bilingual (Spanish/English):
  Must be fluent in Spanish. Basic English proficiency is needed.

  At least 1 year of cleaning experience + 3-6 months in a leadership role.

• Supervise Large Cleaning Jobs:
  Ensure quality and efficiency on bigger projects.
• Conduct Cleaning Inspections:
  Review new team members' work (2-3 per week).
• Customer Follow‑Ups:
  Address and resolve client concerns.
• Hiring & Training:
  Help interview, hire, and coach new maids.
• Onsite Estimates:
  Provide accurate pricing for potential clients.
