Job Path encourages people to explore what they want out of life and chart their own journeys, whether that includes finding a job, volunteering, establishing a home, or being part of the community.

Job CoachWe are seeking reliable, punctual, energetic, responsible, and creative individuals who proactively support participants to grow on the job and identify issues before they affect employment. The Job Coach works closely with participants, employers, and supervisors to ensure the success of our clients.
Responsibilities- Encourage participants to learn new skills that foster growth at their jobs.
- Collaborate with employers to ensure their satisfaction with Job Path services.
- Provide flexible support to employment program participants as needed, including occasional weekend work.
- Maintain communication with supervisors to share vital information and coordinate support.
- Write detailed case notes and submit electronic documentation of all services for billing by assigned deadlines.
- Work with employers and individuals to resolve work‑hour problems.
High School graduate or GED. No experience or certifications required. Candidates must be caring, committed, and interested in supporting people with disabilities; applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Rate$19.44 per hour.

Health, dental, and enhanced short‑term disability insurance for employees working an average of 28 hours per week after a six‑month measurement period.
