Location: New York
Childrensrescuefund is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide direct case management services in Long Island City, NY. The role involves assessment, counseling, and advocacy for families to facilitate their transition to permanent housing.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree preference, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday with a commitment to assisting vulnerable families.
