Location: North Great River
Mercy Haven, Inc. is seeking a Supportive Housing Case Manager to provide direct, community-based case management for individuals and families in supportive housing. Responsibilities include assisting residents with housing stability, accessing community resources, and maintaining overall well-being.
The role requires experience in human services, a high school diploma, and a valid NYS driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree and experience with mental illness are preferred. The position offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.
