We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable Dorm Supervisor to lead our residential team and help students develop the skills, confidence, and habits they need to succeed in life and their careers. Hours:

Sunday-Thursday 3p-12a Friday and Saturday OFF

What You'll Do

As a Dorm Supervisor, you'll be more than a supervisor—you'll be a mentor, role model, coach, and leader.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and structured dormitory environment
  • Supporting student growth, retention, achievement, and overall success
  • Supervising and leading residential staff to ensure quality student support
  • Building positive relationships with students while encouraging accountability and personal responsibility
  • Using sound judgment to resolve student and staff concerns professionally and effectively
  • Partnering with counseling staff to provide individualized case management and support student success
  • Promoting a positive residential culture where students feel respected, supported, and motivated
  • Conducting dorm inspections and ensuring compliance with center standards
  • Serving as a mentor who helps students develop life skills, leadership abilities, and confidence
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Job Corps experience or experience in a related youth development, residential, educational, or workforce program
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid in-state driver's license

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
  • Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred.
  • A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required.
  • A valid in-State Driver's License preferred.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
