Location: New York
Description
Ohel is seeking a Job Developer to work with individuals with Intellectual and Development Disabilities as they enter the workforce.
Responsibilities- Find jobs that match individuals' skills and interests.
- Use community resources, job fairs, and other connections to develop opportunities with potential employers.
- Experience in creating and building community relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and computer skills to ensure compliance with program regulations.
- Valid driver's license and ownership of a car is a plus.
Full‑time position based in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and Long Island.
Salary: $18 - $20 per hour
Benefits: 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), and for full‑time employees, health insurance.
