Location: New York
ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Supported Employment Specialist in New York, NY, to provide individualized support for people with developmental disabilities and/or autism. This role emphasizes job development, placement, coaching, and long-term success through community partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred) and experience in social services. Expected duties include developing employment plans, assisting with job readiness, and coordinating job placements. The pay rate is $22.67/hour.
