We are seeking a reliable and experienced Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as a Wheelchair Agent, to provide essential transportation and assistance services for airline passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance. The role is customer‑service oriented and may include tipping. Exceptional service can enhance weekly earnings through tips between $25–$100.
Pay$21.25/hour – the rate may vary based on experience, skills, location and market data.
Responsibilities- Follow safety precautions while transporting passengers.
- Engage positively with passengers.
- Comply with all client and site security requirements.
- Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to the requested destination within the client site or grounds.
- Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport when needed.
- Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate agents as necessary.
- Complete thorough incident reports.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
