The Ward Law Group, PL is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Office Receptionist/Client Support Representative in New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting after incidents such as car accidents or slips and falls.
We seek someone polished and warm, capable of creating a welcoming environment while efficiently directing clients to the appropriate attorney or case manager. The role requires on-site availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
