Children's Aid is seeking a Solution Based Casework (SBC) Case Planner to assist families in addressing barriers to their children’s well-being in New York. This role involves making safety-focused assessments, developing intervention plans, and supporting families through various services.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a strong background in family therapy principles. You will maintain an average caseload of 12 families and work collaboratively with service providers for case coordination.
