Location: North Great River
EAC Network in Central Islip, NY, is seeking a part-time Peer Specialist to support families in the Alternatives for Youth program, providing peer support and assisting the Case Management unit.
Responsibilities include home visits, advocacy, organizing teen enrichment activities, coordinating monthly outings, and facilitating adolescent groups; schedule up to 17 hours weekly with some evenings and weekends.
