Location: New York
Good Shepherd Services in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Community Success Coach for the NSP program to support youth transitioning from placement to the community. You will provide coaching, supervision, and family support to reduce recidivism and help youth adhere to conditions of release.
This role requires working evenings and weekends, with salary range $45,000–$50,000, 35 hours per week, non-exempt status. Training includes Sanctuary and Missouri Approach models.
