SCO Family of Services is seeking Peer Navigators to support unaccompanied homeless youth and young adults. You will provide mentorship, advocacy, and connection to resources within the DYCD RHY continuum in New York City.
Responsibilities include engaging YYA, managing a caseload of 10 youths, conducting monthly workshops, and supporting youth leadership through advisory boards. Travel up to 25% is required.
