Location: New York
The Fortune Society is seeking a Housing Specialist to conduct screenings, provide counseling, and coordinate housing placements for homeless and justice-involved participants with complex histories. You will link clients to transitional and permanent housing options and work to ensure timely access to entitlements.
Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, documenting services, and liaising with housing providers while advocating for clients. Travel to Fortune housing sites is required.
