Goddard Riverside Community Center in Manhattan is seeking a Housing Outreach Specialist to engage individuals living on the street using harm reduction. The role serves as a case manager for adults experiencing street homelessness, aiming to connect them with transitional and permanent housing. The position collaborates across teams and community partners to reach housing goals.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 5:30am-1:30pm and 9am-5pm. Hourly range: $25.75-$29.83.
