Location: New York
1st Choice is seeking a CAS Assessor to support a statewide initiative focused on IDD services in New York. You will conduct person-centered CAS assessments in homes and community settings, travel across the assigned region, and help develop individualized care plans with accurate documentation.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, 1+ year of direct IDD experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Must have own vehicle for travel;
Master’s degree is a plus.
