Job Location:
Chapel Hill, 1605 - Columbia, MO 65203 Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000 (Exempt)
Position Type:

Impact Support Services is seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Manager for Career Services to lead employment services for individuals with disabilities. This position provides supervision and support to Career Specialists while ensuring high‑quality services, compliance, and successful employment outcomes for the people we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate Career Specialists.
- Coordinate employment services, referrals, intakes, and person‑centered planning activities.
- Develop staffing and service schedules to meet individual needs.
- Monitor documentation, service records, monthly reports, and billing processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, community partners, families, and other stakeholders.
- Support job seekers in achieving meaningful employment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, CARF standards, HIPAA requirements, and other applicable guidelines.
- Participate in meetings, staffing conferences, and program planning activities.
- Provide direct services as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Special Education, Business, Marketing, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Experience in employment services, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, or related services preferred.
- Strong communication, written, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Valid Class E Missouri Driver’s License.
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Successful completion of reference verifications, criminal history background check, I‑9, and driving record review.
- Ability to complete and maintain all certifications required by the agency or program assignment.
