Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) seeks an Outreach Worker to join the NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi program. You will recruit and manage a caseload of high-risk students, mentor youth, and connect them to education, vocational, and social services.
You will canvas schools, facilitate groups on anti-violence, conflict mediation, anger management, and restorative practices, and work with safety staff to engage at-risk youth. Clearance requirements include SCR, DOH, and DOE.
