Location: New York

Win is seeking a dedicated Social Service Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers within our Transitional Housing programs. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services that help families experiencing homelessness achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency. You will provide leadership, coaching, and oversight while championing Evidence-Based Practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care to drive positive client outcomes and program success.

WHAT

YOU WILL DO
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Case Managers to ensure high-quality, housing-focused case management services
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and facilitate weekly case conferences to address client needs and housing barriers
  • Champion and implement Evidence-Based Practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care throughout service delivery
  • Provide crisis intervention and direct client support when needed, including individual and group counseling services
  • Monitor assessments, Individualized Living Plans (ILPs), case records, and documentation to ensure compliance with DHS, OTDA, and Win standards
  • Audit CARES records and client charts to maintain program quality and audit readiness
  • Cultivate partnerships with community providers to connect families with critical housing, mental health, and substance use resources
  • Support program operations, housing initiatives, reporting requirements, and leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Program Director
WHO YOU WILL BE

You will hold an MSW or related degree and bring 3-5 years of experience providing counseling, case management, or residential services to families and individuals

You will have prior supervisory experience or demonstrated success leading and developing staff

You will possess strong knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices (EBP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC)

You will have experience supporting individuals and families facing homelessness, domestic violence, mental health challenges, substance use concerns, and other complex barriers

You will demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills

You will have familiarity with entitlement systems, housing resources, and community-based service networks
