West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing (WSFSSH) seeks a Bilingual Social Worker II to support low-income older adults and people with special needs living in affordable, supportive housing. In this field-based role, you will provide bilingual case management, counseling, and crisis intervention; complete biopsychosocial assessments; and coordinate services that promote independence, housing stability, and wellness. You will advocate for access to benefits and healthcare, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engage families and community partners, and maintain detailed documentation, all within a mission-driven, resident-centered, and social justice-focused environment.
