As a Social Worker at Grand St Settlement Inc., you will provide strengths-based case management, counseling, and advocacy to individuals and families across the Lower East Side and beyond. Working within our Community & Social Services department, you will conduct assessments, develop service plans, and connect participants to critical benefits, education, housing, and health resources. You will facilitate groups, coordinate with internal programs and community partners, and participate in outreach and program evaluation.
This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional committed to equity, inclusion, and building long-term relationships with diverse NYC communities in a collaborative, innovative nonprofit setting.
