Lenox Hill Neighborhood House seeks a compassionate Peer Advocate to support adults and older adults in accessing community-based services. Drawing on lived experience, the Peer Advocate will provide one-on-one peer support, facilitate groups, accompany clients to appointments, and connect neighbors to benefits, legal, health, and social service resources. This role works closely with social workers and program staff in a mission-driven, inclusive environment, helping clients build self-advocacy skills, navigate complex systems, and maintain stability and self-sufficiency in the community.
