NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, invites applications for a Social Worker in the Emergency Department (6:30am-7:30pm). You will screen and assess patients and families, coordinate post-acute discharge planning, and address psychosocial needs within ED and inpatient care.
Minimum qualifications include an MSW and NYS license (LMSW or LCSW) or permit, with 1 year of experience preferred. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a smooth care transition.
