HELP USA is seeking a Housing Specialist in Brooklyn, NY to help clients locate housing and achieve self-sufficiency. You will manage relationships with clients, brokers, landlords and service providers, guiding housing program eligibility, arranging referrals, and advocating on behalf of clients throughout the search and lease process.
You will also coordinate intakes, reassess housing needs, and participate in team conferences to deliver high-quality, client-centered housing services.
